WHAT IS PROCESSING TIME?
Our standard processing time is 7-10 business days. Please refer to our Facebook Group for further updates.
SHIPPING INFO
The price of shipping is automatically calculated through USPS. UPS is available at checkout as well. Once the product is received by your preferred shipping method then it is out of our hands. We do have Route Insurance that is automatically added at checkout, we always recommend keeping Route Insurance as a means to help with any possible shipping issues.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We operate on a made-to-order basis, which means we do not accept cancellations or returns.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED?
If your item is damaged please reach out via email, sarah@creatingmamaslight.com. Please reach out within 7 business days and provide pictures of the damaged item.
WILL MY ITEM LOOK DIFFERENT FROM WHAT IS SHOWN ON THE SITE?
We use mockups on the website. This means that there might be a slight difference due to screens.
ARE THE MUGS DOUBLE-SIDED?
All mugs come double-sided, unless specified differently. If you prefer your mug to be single-sided, please specify this.
CAN I CHANGE/EDIT MY ORDER?
If you need a change to your order please reach out to me via email, sarah@creatingmamaslight.com. Please reach out ASAP so we can make the change before your order is started.
