Design Terms & Conditions

All files are 300 dpi and sold in PNG format

DESIGN TERMS & CONDITIONS
ALLOWED:
- Use the design to make finished products; including but not limited to tumblers and t-shirts
- Sell finished products using our designs.
- Use our files to create designs for finished products; This means you can take a seamless design and use it to help create a tumbler design to create your product. You CANNOT sell the design but you can use it to create finished end products.
- Change the color of a SINGLE color design to another color (for instance a blank design can be changed to white)

NOT ALLOWED:
- To DISTRIBUTE any of my files in any way, this includes third-party print services
- To COPY my designs
- To MODIFY my designs in anyway
- To SHARE these designs to anyone
- To RESELL any of my designs in digital format, only on finished products

- To post mock-ups or completed products using my designs there must be a visible watermark over the entire design. This can be a simple do not copy but it must be present on all posted images that include my designs  

If you are found DISTRIBUTING, RESELLING, COPYING, MODIFYING, or SHARING any of my digital designs or files you will be banned from future purchases.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES/RETURNS

Due to the nature of these products, I do not accept refunds or exchanges; however, if you find any issues with your file please send an email to sarah@creatingmamaslight.com.
